Good Food From the Farm Book
Good Food from the Farm is a book of writing, recipes and photography from a season of getting vegetables from a local farm/CSA (Community Supported Agriculture). Stacey and Carrie Ward Kelly share their personal account of working with a holistic health nutritionist in creating nutrient dense recipes that use fresh vegetables, grains and meats.
Also included are a number of wonderfully tasting wheat- free recipes like Zucchini bread and Eggplant Parmigiano. Photographer Stacey Ward Kelly uses her vibrant color images of the farm, food and recipes to make this book a fine art collector’s item.
